The founder of Dattatray Hospitality Consultancy Services, Chef Kiran Joshi, began his career as a chef for many large hotel and restaurant chains.

Finishing his Culinary Degree from the most presumed school Culinary Institute of India.

He set out on a journey and worked for notable companies Including:

(The Leela Palace & Resorts)
(The Taj Group of hotels)
(P & O cruise lines)

Also he has attained enough experience and knowledge and himself became a Culinary Instructor for : –

(IHM Shri Shakti College of Hotel Management)

The skills as an Instructor gave him the motivation to start his very own Consultancy Company which is now known as DHCS.
