I have been planning to start my own business for the past few years in the form of a Café & Patisserie. It’s not just passion and interest alone but also the knowledge and professional help that were needed. So, we got in touch with Chef Kiran through a reference. Kiran played a significant role in our journey, from teaching us how to knead various types of bread to imparting knowledge on starting the business, hiring the required team, training, setting up the kitchen, developing recipes, establishing SOPs, pricing, and promotions, and helping us launch our business. It’s been two years and counting since we successfully started running the café in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
